Dyed Brown Mulch is a double-processed hardwood mulch that is color enhanced with a non-toxic dye. This mulch will hold its dark brown color longer on average than a non-color-enhanced hardwood.
RAIN WARNING: Please be aware that colored mulch should not be spread during rainy conditions or when rain is in the near forecast. Colored mulch is processed with a water based dye and needs a minimum of 8 hours of dry air time after the material has been laid for the colorant to dry and “lock.” The mulch will lose color if spread during damp conditions.
